CREDIT CARDS ARE ONLY MEANS OF PAYMENT. No pets, skateboards, campers, boats, or trailers allowed. Occupancy is limited to no more than 8 guests.
All cancellations have a $100 administrative fee, regardless of date or reason for cancellation. All cancellations during the months of December through May require a written notice 90 days prior to arrival to insure a full refund of the deposit, less the $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations during the rest of the year require a written notice 45 days prior to arrival to insure a full refund of the deposit, less the $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than a 45 or 90 day written notice will get refund less the $100.00 administration fee ONLY if the house can be rented for the same amount of days as the original reservation.
Any changes to arrival or departure date must be made before arrival or you are subject to administration fee. Change in number of people in party must be made prior to arrival and may result in loss of reservation if unit cannot accommodate the increased number in the party.
The $50.00 service fee, which is paid at the time you make your deposit, is also nonrefundable.
